Y.CT Compact is the optimal computed tomography system for implementing a three-dimensional inspection of components up to 65 mm thick for iron, or up to 250 mm thick for aluminum. The image of a slice can be made available to the operator for analysis as fast as within 30 seconds of acquisition. Typical uses include production monitoring, quality control and prototype construction.

A high-resolution 450kV tube and a line detector specially optimized for this system are used in Y.CT Compact as the imaging system. Three-dimensional data can be captured rapidly due to the simple operation of this uncomplicated CT system.
